The purpose of this Meetup is to build a community surrounding Golang and help to improve the programming skills in the local area.
Key event details are as follows:

We’re pleased to welcome Johan Brandhorst as the guest speaker for the evening. His presentation will start with a quick introduction to Protobuf, gRPC and gRPC-Web, then introduce GopherJS and my GopherJS gRPC-Web bindings and walk through development of a small web app using GopherJS, the GopherJS gRPC-Web bindings and a generic Go gRPC backend server.
Don’t worry if you are new to Golang, this is an inclusive event that will cater to people at all levels of experience. You will learn about gRPC and Protobuf, using Go in the browser, and finally combining Go in the browser and gRPC in the backend.
